1. What PocketReply Does

PocketReply is a service that lets you create an AI-powered chatbot and embed it on your website. You upload information about your business (documents, FAQs, text), and the chatbot uses that information to answer questions from your website visitors.

2. Account Registration

To use PocketReply, you must create an account with your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Each account is limited to one per IP address to prevent abuse.

3. Email Verification

After registration, you must verify your email address using a 6-digit code sent to your email. You cannot use the service until your email is verified. This helps us prevent spam and fake accounts.

4. Free Trial

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial on our Starter plan. During the trial, you can:

  • Create 1 chatbot
  • Upload up to 50,000 characters of knowledge
  • Customize the chatbot appearance

After the 14-day trial ends, your chatbot will stop responding to visitors. You must upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the service. No credit card is required to start the trial.

5. Paid Plans

We offer three paid plans:

  • Starter ($19/month or $17/month billed annually): 1 chatbot, 50,000 characters
  • Growth ($39/month or $35/month billed annually): 3 chatbots, 200,000 characters, removes branding
  • Agency ($79/month billed annually): 7 chatbots, 500,000 characters, removes branding

Payments are processed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard.

6. Character Limits

Each plan has a character limit for the knowledge you upload. This limit applies across all your chatbots combined. If you reach your limit, you cannot upload more knowledge until you upgrade your plan or delete existing chatbots.

7. Your Content

You own the content you upload to PocketReply. We store it in our database to power your chatbot. We do not share your content with third parties. The chatbot responses are generated using Google's Gemini AI based on the content you provide.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The chatbot on your website depends on our API being operational. We are not responsible for downtime or service interruptions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal purposes
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to bypass character or chatbot limits
  • Create multiple accounts to extend free trials
  • Use the service to spread malware or harmful content

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also request to delete your account and data at any time.
